You Don't Need an Easel to Create a Masterpiece

Art doesn't always have to involve paintbrushes or pastels. Art is actually the quality production or expression of what is beautiful or appealing of more than ordinary significance. Art is also studied action. So for example if you're a writer let your pen be your paintbrush and your notebook be your canvas. Because it's 2008 maybe your keyboard is your paintbrush and a new Microsoft Word document is your canvas. If you're a hairstylist let your sheers, brush, and comb be your paintbrush and your gel and wax be your paint. You get the drift...Whatever it is that you love and have a passion for, do it to the best of your ability. Be the Van Gogh of your industry!

Saturday, April 12, 2008 Shares With Students How to "Live in Peace"

This past Friday, April 18 visited Highland Park High School and spoke with the students regarding living in peace. It seems like almost every week children and people period express love for departed friends and loved ones by saying "Rest in Peace". It's about time that we all learn how to "Live in Peace". Perhaps if we learn how to live in peace we'll be saying "Rest in Peace" less.
